YahClick is offered through a new generation of satellites that leverage higher bandwidth available in Ka-band.
These high throughput satellites are based on a multi-spot beam payload and are optimized for delivering broadband services.
The main advantages over conventional satellites include:
* More efficiency on the ground which enables use of a smaller antenna size (74 cm) with low power amplifier driving down the cost of user equipment.
* Cost effective bandwidth supply due to efficient frequency re-use in spot beams.
* Faster access speeds with high reliability.
Frequency re-use and satellite technology
In a frequency re-use scheme, the same frequency is re-used numerous times over different geographical areas, much like cellular phone technology (GSM cells).
Frequency re-use increases spectrum efficiency which directly translates into increased throughput.
Ka-band allows for frequency re-use on satellites because of its high frequency.

INSTALLATIONS ARE PROVIDED BY OUR EXPERIENCED STAFF ANYWHERE IN CYPRUS.
TYPICAL INSTALLATION WAITING LIST: 3-5 WORKING DAYS (While supplies of Satellite Internet Equipment are in Stock).
We also accept orders for future installations in case we are out of stock. In this case, typical Waiting Period 4 – 8 weeks (installations are provided on first come – first served basis).
Initial One-Off Cost for Installation, Activation and Equipment (prices do not include VAT):
– Installation and Activation cost: €120.00
– Cost of Equipment: €255.00
– Minimum Contract Duration: 12 months
– Total amount (including 19% VAT): €446,25
Freedom Package Information
- Amount of Upload data is not counted as part of daily download threshold, and unlimited data upload is always available in all packages.
- Download speed is downgraded once the download limit is reached.
- Unlimited data download (basic web access, emails) continues at slowed speed once consuming the daily download limit, but connection is not terminated.
- Data downloaded during Free zone is not counted as part of daily limit.
